#2 is out!!!

I hope I get a tooth pulling rest.  Ivan does NOT have mommy's drive for pain and pulling teeth out.  I think he has daddy's "wait till it's ready" mentality.  But judging from the x-ray he had at the dentist, these 2 bottom teeth were REALLY getting pushed out.  So I am hoping no more teeth for a while.
