Strawberry Shortcake Sandwiches

So a friend of Stever's on FB friended me because I mentioned something about cupcake paintings, hee hee hee!  And she is a TRUE baker.  Like for reals, makes money from it...  AND I WANT TO STEAL IDEAS FROM HER!!!  But as I was looking at her stuff, I thought...  Why not put strawberry shortcake into a finger food?  Okay, it's not REALLY because it is crummy and drippy and stuff...  But how do these look?  I have not had one, will wait for B.  But the ones I dropped off at the fire station SHOULD be gone by now.
